Loving this fall weather!

Oliver and I thought it would be a great day to go to the pumpkin patch this Sunday, little did we know the line was going to be a mile long and he was going to be so tired from this weekend that he couldn't stay awake! I was so exicted, I got him all dressed up in a matching outfit to mine. We both had on jeans a white tee and a cute brown vest. Well we got there and decided to turn around and go home, though I couldn't resist getting a few pictures in this wonderful weather and thought I would share.

Oh if you are wondering why Kelly was not with us you can probably figure out why......he was golfing of course, who would blame him. The weather is perfect this time of year!!!

A fun filled weekend with Oliver's grandparents!!!

Oliver, I must say is such a spoiled baby!! His grandparents love him sooo much....

On Friday night Kelly and I went to see Lucy and Henry's Athey Idol, which they won both Director's and Judge's choice. They did fantastic, they should think about American Idol!!! While we were watching Lucy and Henry, my parents were spoiling Oliver. Let me say that one more time.... they were spoiling Oliver!!! He got a walker, which he love but walks backwards in and also a laptop. Who knew at 8 months old your son would need a laptop???

On Sunday, Kelly brought Oliver to his grandma and grandpa Vandyke's and once again he was spoiled. Oliver has a little basket of toys that he drags all over the house. He has also acheived the impossible, he can now climb up the step in their house to the kitchen. I have heard that he is very happy to climb up it. Eating his favorite. Mum-Mums!!

Kelly, Oliver and I went to the San Juan Island for Jon and Paige Closson's wedding. This was Oliver's second wedding and he is only 8 months old. I love to get him all dressed up. He looks so darn cute!!! This was Oliver's first ferry ride, he had lot of fun ( I think ). The wedding was October 3 and turned out to be a wonderful day.

We have been so lucky to have been able to take Oliver on so many trips already. So far he has been to Whidbey Island, Roche Harbor, WA, Bend, Pacific City and Lincoln City, OR. He is the best baby on road trips.

Kelly and I celebrated our first anniversary this weekend. I can not believe one year ago we were getting married on the beach in Maui, HI. Oliver was still cooking in my tummy, I was 22 weeks pregnant when we got married!!! Now we are a happy little family.

Oliver is now 8 months old and crawling everywhere.

We can't wait for Halloween

We are so excited about Halloween this year. Oliver has two costumes, he will be a monster and a cow. I couldn't decide on one so he will have to do a custome change during the evening.

Oliver had his 6-month well baby check up yesterday and his rash has gone away, thank god! He is one long and lean man, he weighed in at 20lb and 28.5 in. We are very excited to go to the beach and not have to worry about our little man being sick.

I am so excited to get away on a mini vacation.....

So Oliver and I had to go to his Pediatrician today because he had a bad rash, my poor little man! Well I found out he got the hand-foot and mouth viral rash from another little drooler at the gym daycare. One would think if their little munchkin had a rash it would probably not be a good idea to bring them anywhere, especially a daycare. The good news is he can't go to his daycare so I am forced to stay home from work and snuggle with my favorite little guy all week, DARN!

Having a baby is so exciting! All the changes that happen so fast, you never could imagine the feeling that come from all the exciting milestones.

Well they finally came!! He was exactly 6 months old. Two new pearly whites...who knew how exciting my son's teeth could be. I can't wait for more to follow.
